The 50% black chocolate is the oldest chocolate of the monastic recipe book, the first one invented near the San Callisto Catacombs. To taste this chocolate is therefore like experiencing an authentic trip through time. Ingredients: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, natural vanilla, soy lecithin. 70% dark chocolate bar

The perfect balance. An exclusive mix of fine cacao qualities slowly processed makes our 70% dark chocolate intoxicating, with its intense smell first, then with its unique flavour, an harmony of sensations expanding beyond taste to stimulate the “sixth sense”. Our new 90% dark chocolate, following processing times and methods of the old recipe, is a unique extra dark chocolate, “amaible” thanks to a very careful balance of ingredients, that makes it almoust sournessless. Ingredients: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, natural vanilla, soy lecithin. It may contain traces of milk proteins and nuts. Cocoa min. 90%.

Milk chocolate bar

Prepared using exclusively whole milk powder, with fine cacao from Ecuador, Dominican Republic and Peru, our milk chocolate has a unique flavour because still processed today following the same monastic recipe created in 1884. Ingredients: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, powdered milk, natural vanilla, soy lecithin. It may contain traces of nuts. Cocoa min. 30%.

Milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts bar

Our hazelnut bars are prepared using the primigenial doughs of our recipe and they contain exclusively Tonda Gentile Romana dop whole hazelnuts with special roasting, non standard. Ingredients: sugar, powdered milk, whole hazelnuts, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, natural vanilla, soy lecithin. Cocoa min. 30%.

Milk Gianduja

To prepare our special gianduja we only use whole milk and the hazelnut paste is processed directly at the factory at the time. Ingredients: sugar, whole hazelnuts, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, powdered milk, natural vanilla, soy lecithin. Cocoa min. 30%.
